International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Maiden Earth is not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
